Macheret Fromage: The art of Swiss cheese since 1995
Founded by André Macheret, who has been passionate about cheese making since his teenage years, this artisanal company embodies Swiss expertise in all its richness. After training in Grangeneuve and years of experience, he opened his first shop in Lausanne in 1995. Since then, Macheret Fromage has expanded to several cities in French-speaking Switzerland (Vevey, Bulle, Pully, etc.), while remaining true to its values: quality, authenticity, and proximity.
Specializing in Gruyère AOP, Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP, and the famous moitié-moitié fondue blend, Macheret selects and ages each cheese with the utmost care. A must-visit for lovers of good taste.
