Who are we?
Behind this prestigious name lies the passion of André Macheret.
Trained at the Grangeneuve School, this master cheesemonger has been selecting and maturing his cheeses with rare exacting standards since 1995. Present notably in Vevey, he is the guardian of authentic taste.
Whether for a perfectly aged Gruyère AOP, a creamy Vacherin Fribourgeois, or his legendary "moitié-moitié" fondue, Macheret Fromage offers a tasting experience where every bite tells the story of the Swiss terroir.
