Guest of Honour 2026: Là-Haut
For the 6th edition of Fontaines Gourmandes, we are delighted to welcome the restaurant Là-Haut in Chardonne as our guest of honour.
Since its reopening, this address led by Julien and Morgane Ostertag has been winning guests over with its warm atmosphere, convivial spirit and generous bistro cuisine. Praised by GaultMillau, Là-Haut is already establishing itself as a place people visit not only to enjoy good food, but also to share authentic moments.
Their presence at this new edition will bring a gourmet, human and inspiring touch, perfectly in keeping with the spirit of Fontaines Gourmandes: celebrating flavours, encounters and the pleasure of being together.
