Who are we?
The perfect marriage between Valais and Vaud!
Pierre-André Vannay, a proud Valaisan "baker-missionary," and his wife Sabrina, a true native of Vaud, took up the torch on January 1, 2000.
From this union of cantons was born a warm and welcoming bakery that champions the true taste of bread. They combine the rigor of artisanal craftsmanship with a good dose of conviviality.
The result? Authentic products with character, just like their creators.
