Description of the offer
Pierre-André Vannay
Let's forget for a moment that Pierre-André Vannay is from Valais...even if he himself is proud of his origins! He came to the Pays de Vaud as a “missionary baker”, the first apprentice in the Canton of Valais in 1981. What's more, he married Sabrina, a good Vaudoise from Villars-le-Comte. Good blends generally make good products, and Vaudois and Valaisans can't help but complement each other and share their know-how, whether it's for wine or bread....
Since 1999... La Fête des Vignerons.
We've been here since January 1, 2000, just a few months after the Fête des Vignerons that closed the century...
But before us, there was already a bakery, and before that, another, and even before that. In fact, when the building was constructed at the beginning of the 20th century, the bakery was integrated into the plans, born with the building.
The bread of today and the bread of then: what a wonderful progression...
That's why we do our utmost to remain traditional, to offer our customers a quality service combining today's modernity with the know-how of the past.
History doesn't stop...but we like to imagine a customer from the turn of the century being transported to the present day...back to the little bakery on the corner, a bakery that has always existed...
