Who are we?
Once upon a time, at the Montreux Christmas market, in a little chalet belonging to Tatanka.
A poor bottle of Chasselas wine had been “forgotten” on the counter...
After a harsh night and freezing temperatures, it had turned half to ice...!
It was at that moment that the legend of “Chassel'ice” began....
Chassel'ice - the Original - was created by François, Giles, Xavier, and Olivier, four epicurean friends who are advocates of local products and terroir.
