Who are we?
It all started with a happy accident on a freezing night at the Montreux Christmas Market.
A bottle of Chasselas was left forgotten on a counter, half-froze... and the magic happened! From this incident Chassel'Ice was born, the brainchild of four epicurean friends (François, Giles, Xavier, and Olivier). Champions of the local terroir, they turned this discovery into a frosty, fun, and ultra-refreshing drink.
