CAVE CHAMP DE CLOS

Vaud / Winegrowers

Description of the offer

Based in Chexbres in the heart of Lavaux, a UNESCO World Heritage site, they work and cellar 12 hectares of vines in the production areas of St-Saphorin, Chardonne, Dézaley and Montreux. Keen to showcase the extraordinary richness of the Vaud terroir, they also cultivate vines in the Chablais in Aigle and Ollon, as well as in northern Vaud, on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel, in Bonvillars, where Oeil de Perdrix originates.

The grape varieties grown in their vineyards are determined by the exposure and soil type of each plot. With some 55% Chasselas and 35% Pinot Noir, they preserve tradition while offering something to satisfy the curiosity of visitors, with Gamaret, Garanoir, Merlot and Ancellota for the reds, and Gewürztraminer, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc for the white specialties.
