On September 12, 2026, in the heart of La Tour-de-Peilz, our gastronomic walk of over 3 kilometers will thus take on delicious Alpine accents. What could be better than this raw milk cheese, traditionally crafted over a wood fire in our mountain chalets, to elevate this day dedicated to our terroir?
